3D printers offer a lineup of materials that possess the strength and durability necessary not only for prototypes but also for final product use. For example, by incorporating designs that consider the toughness of Nylon 12 and the freedom of shape achievable through 3D printing, it is possible to create simple fixtures and parts with straightforward structures and operations. ■ Processing Method 3D Printing: HP Multi Jet Fusion ■ Material PA12 (Nylon 12) 【Concerns】 - When using multiple infusion line connectors simultaneously, they tended to get tangled, making handling difficult. 【Request】 - We want a simple fixing fixture that can be easily removed without using any tools. 【Proposal】 The Nylon 12 from the 3D printer has high toughness, allowing for the reproduction of structures like springs and hinges. In this case, we adopted a spring structure that utilizes the material's properties for the part that secures the workpiece. By making it an integrated structure, we aimed for an easy-to-operate attachment mechanism and reduced the number of parts, making the fixture itself easier to manage.
